Children in Need 2018

What a fantastic day raising money for Children in Need.

Plenty of enjoyment, but also a lot of kindness was demonstrated today, as pupils raised money for children not as fortunate as them.

Pyjamas in Pre-School and a ‘buddy’ reading scheme between the Beechwood and Acorn House pupils got the day started at the Junior School. The ‘spotty’ themed games and activities organised by the School Council and Year 6 while they were away on Lihou for Guernsey Week were especially enjoyable. They should be very proud of themselves for showing great leadership skills in delivering such a ‘spotacular’ day!

At the Upper School the bacon rolls and hot dogs cooked by the Charities Committee at lunchtime were as delicious as ever and school band, Isle Stone, were very popular rocking out in College Hall.
