Alastair Chalmers and his brother Cameron (OE) enjoyed a very successful weekend in Hampshire at the recent athletics County Championships. Cameron broke the 31 year old record set by Roger Black in the 400m with a time of 47.26sec in the Under 20 race. Meanwhile Alastair also won the Under 17 400m race, and his winning time in the 400m hurdles was inside the qualifying standard for the European Youth Championships later this summer.
