As part of the Wellbeing lessons for this term Bonita Norris was invited to speak to students in Year 9, 10 and 11 about her remarkable achievement as the youngest British female to reach the summit of Mount Everest. After a lunchtime with the Elizabeth College climbing club she then stayed to give the first Principal’s lecture of the term to the Sixth Form. Bonita is an inspirational speaker who had a clear message for the students, take every opportunity you are given and, when things get tough, never give up!
