Dr Chatterjee – 4 Pillar Plan

Last week Year 10 attended Dr Rangan Chatterjee’s talk on his four pillar plan: Relax, Eat, Move and Sleep.

Designed as a combined English and Wellbeing initiative, the students have been asked to write speeches to advise a younger version of themselves on adopting healthier lifestyles using what they have learned.

The exercise in persuasive writing builds on the previous talk by Dr Sigmund on screen time by covering a broader approach to physical and mental well being.
