Guernsey Literary Festival Bookmark Competition

The 2017 Guernsey Literary Festival launched a competition to encourage young people to get involved in the Festival through the creation of promotional bookmarks. With nearly 500 entries Harry Ellis from ECJS Beechwood won the Year 3-6 age group with his design which included a colourful alien and astronaut, inspired by Tim Peake. In addition to a book token for himself and the ECJS Beechwood library, Harry will get to see his bookmark in print during the literary festival in May.
