Well done to Flt Sgt Braden Morris nominated for the Sir John Thomson Memorial Sword for his achievements within, and contributions to, the RAF CCF Section. Braden got to the last 4 interviewees for the SW region and the Regional Commandant was hugely impressed with his efforts.
Congratulations to WO George Walker on being awarded a place on the International Air Cadet Exchange this summer. George was awarded the only place for the whole of the Dorset & Wiltshire CCF! He will be undertaking the programme in the USA, in the summer of 2024.
Thank you to Chris Hoyle, Head of Strings at the RNCM - Royal Northern College of Music, for visiting EC yesterday for a chamber music masterclass ahead of the Elizabethan Concert on Tuesday of next week. His visit was kindly organised by the Guernsey Music Service.
Well done to EC President of Debating, George, for organizing Friday’s inaugural inter-island debating competition with Victoria College. 8 teams debated motions ranging from space travel to concussion in sport. Congratulations to EC Y13 students Sam & Zach who took the trophy!
Well done EC First XI hockey squad on qualifying for the Guernsey’s men’s hockey final vs Indies on Wed 20 March at 6.30pm at MF. The team is on an excellent run of form having played some brilliant, closely fought matches throughout the competition. Go @Eliz_CollSport

Parking is available at Perrot Court and the Principal will give a short introductory welcome at 10am and again at 10.30am.
The Pre-School children have enjoyed buddying-up with Year 2 as they showed them some of their activities for Science Week. Thank you Mrs Hamilton and Mrs Curtis - Pre-School really enjoyed seeing the classrooms and their conversations were delightful to hear.
