Elizabeth College had two students shortlisted in the annual IoD Management Shadowing awards from over 60 people who completed the programme.
As well as gaining experience in management skills participants are also coached in presentation skills and public speaking. The 10 finalists are then invited to present what they have learnt from the experience at the final.
